Phase 1: Facility Needs Assessment

Phase 2: Initial Policy and Procedure Set-Up

  1. Preparation of all Written OSHA Health and Safety Plans and Policies (IIPP)

  2. Preparation of the Emergency Management System (EMS) utilizing the “Incident Command System"

  3. Prepare the training schedule of implementation

  4. Prepare hazard investigation procedures and Job Safety Analysis by Job Task

  5. Prepare, select, document and participate in Safety Committee

Phase 3: Monthly Services: On-site Loss Control Management System Services

Bill Tidwell | CEO

For the last 24 years, Bill has developed affordable turnkey comprehensive Internet based health and safety and loss control compliance systems for various industries, Healthcare, Property Management, Construction and Manufacturing organizations throughout California. Prior to that he was the founder and president of Tidwell Marketing Associates, Inc., a national manufacturer’s representative organization where he developed training curriculums for marketing and sales programs for over 35 manufacturers with national and global presence.

David Lewis, Senior Compliance Consultant

For the last 13 years, David has performed as a safety professional within a global company and also thereafter served as a corporate safety manager for a large multi-functional milling company with 12 locations in the western U.S. He has also specialized in environmental and security regulations and operated as part of a U.S. Audit Team that evaluates manufacturing facilities for both safety compliance and environmental management.  David is experienced in crisis management and food safety regulations, CPR, AED and First Aid Response Teams in the workplace.
